가시꽈리(가지과 가시꽈리속)

 2013. 6. 22. 봉화.

 

무식이 용감하다고 작년에 이 녀석들 본거지를 아작을 내어 버렸다.

산그늘 습한 곳에 사는 다년초인 이 녀석을 환경 위해 외래식물로 오해를 했기 때문이다.

 

몇 년 묵은 녀석부터 어린 녀석까지 거의 전멸을 시켜버린 뒤

내 우매한 행동으로 난데없는 봉변을 당한 녀석들이 얼마나 황당했을까 생각하니

다시 돌이킬 수는 없고 후회되고 미안스럽기 짝이 없었다.

 

올해 혹시나 살아 남은 녀석들이 있기를 바라면서 숲 길을 탐사했는데 겨우 두어 포기가 보인다.

에고~!! 미안하다~! 를 연발하면서 겨우 눈 맞추었다.
