더덕(초롱꽃과 더덕속) Codonopsis lanceolata (Siebold & Zucc.) Benth. & Hook.f. ex Trautv.

2012. 8. 17. 울릉도.

 

울릉도에는 산비탈에 부지깽이나물이라 부르는 섬쑥부쟁이와 더덕을 많이 재배하고 있다.

다녀 오면서 울릉도 더덕을 선물로 받아 왔는데 재배하는 녀석이라 그런가? 자연산 더덕보다 향이 그리 강하지 않았다.

 

더덕과 애기더덕, 소경불알은 각각의 특징을 잘 살펴야 이름을 제대로 불러 줄 수가 있는데

애기더덕을 확인하기 위해서 3번이나 먼 길을 내려가서 결국 애기더덕으로 결론을 내린 것은 뿌듯한 성과였다.
