백두산식물 -씨범꼬리(마디풀과 범꼬리속) Bistorta vivipara (L.) Delarbre

2011. 8. 6. 백두산.

 

북부지방 고산지대에 분포하는 녀석은 백두산 정상부에는 10cm 정도로 키가 작았는데

달문의 천지 근처에는 20cm정도까지 큰 녀석들이 보였다.

 

천지 옆 초지에서 계란과 도시락으로 점심을 해결하고는 한참 동안 여유있게 야생화와 눈 맞추었다.

한국의 등산 단체와 가족 단체 두어 팀도 달문으로 내려왔는데 현지인의 보트를 타고 천지 가운데로 한참 떠다녔다.

감격에 겨운 비명 소리가 이해는 되지만 그리 보기 좋지는 않아 보였다.

 

한 번 타는데 30,000원을 내라고 하면서 우리 팀한테도 넌즈시 협상이 들어 왔지만

보는 것만으로도 감격스러운데 물 가운데까지 야단스럽게 방정을 떨고 싶지 않았다.

 

  

 

 

물방울이 맺힌 이 녀석들은 첫날 노호배에서 만났던 녀석이다.
