꽃이 이렇게 검은 자주빛도 있당가? 여로도 진자주색이 만만치는 않지만 참여로는 여로보다 더 색이 진하다.

 꽃은 9월에 피며 지름 1cm정도로서 원줄기끝에 검은 자주색 꽃이 원추화서에 밀생하고 화피열편은 6개로서 긴 타원형이며 

6개의 수술은 화피길이의 1/2정도이다. 자방은 난형이며 암술대는 3개로 갈라져서 젖혀진다.
