강활(산형과 당귀속) Angelica reflexa B.Y.Lee

산형과의 계절이 시작되었다.

강활과 왜천궁은 엽축이 분지점 마다 관절처럼 꺾임이 있는 녀석이다.

 

이 녀석을 왜천궁으로 알려져 있었더랬는데 몇년 전 강활의 오동정이었음이 밝혀졌다.

엽축은 흔히 꺾여서 굽어진 형태이며, 엽병이 길게 발달하고, 엽초는 좁은 장타원형이다.

 

왜천궁은 한반도 강원도 금강산 이북에 자생하며, 러시아 사할린, 캄차카, 일본, 중국 동북부, 북미 북서부 등에 분포한다. 현재 우리나라(남한)에서 자생이 확인되지 않고 있다.

아래표의 소산경 수는 도감 기재문에 따라 약간의 차이가 있다.

왜천궁	잎은 좁은 달걀모양 또는 넓은 피침형	잎가장자리와 뒷면 맥에 잔돌기 밀생	소산경수 40-60, 꽃자루 30-50 산경 및 꽃자루와 더불어 돌기같은 잔털이 밀생 총포조각 없음, 소총포 선형	유관4개
강활	열편은 난상 타원형, 달걀모양. 끝이 뾰족하고 가장자리에 결각상의 톱니	잎 표면 강모가 산생, 뒷면 무모(맥에 털 약간)	소산경수 20-25 (10-30) , 전체에 강모가 산생한다. 총포조각 피침형으로 1~2개, 소총포조각은 6개 정도 선형	유관 2개
