날개골무꽃(꿀풀과 골무꽃속) Scutellaria guilielmii

2022년 발표된 이 녀석을 보고 싶어 했는데 이번 제주행에서 만나보게 되었다.

날개골무꽃은 골무꽃속(Scutellaria) 다른 식물들과 다르게 씨앗에 날개가 있어 국명에 날개라는 말이 부여됐다.

 

여러해살이 식물로, 매년 3월 말에서 5월 사이에 꽃을 피운다는데 마악 개화가 시작한 것 같았다.

꽃잎은 엷은 보라색을 띠는 하얀색이었다.

날개골무꽃은 지금까지 일본 해안지역과 중국 해안 및 내륙 일부 지역에서만 분포한다고 알려져 있다.

 

씨방 속을 살피지 못하였는데 5월에 내려가면 다시 한번 살펴 봐야겠다.
