쌀새(벼과 쌀새속) Melica onoei Franch. & Sav.

한 달 전에 꽃이 피는 걸 봤는데 벌써 결실이 되고 있다.

쌀새속 중에서 가장 늦게 여름에 꽃을 피우는 녀석이다.

 

이 녀석은 숲 깊은 산지 다소 습하고 햇빛이 드는 트인 숲속에서 자라는 여러해살이풀이다

키가 110cm에 이를 정도로 크고, 전체 꽃차례길이는 길이는 30~35cm로

 마디에 2~3개의 가지가 달리고 작은이삭이 듬성듬성 달린다.
