동강할미꽃(미나리아재비과 할미꽃속)

운치리 뼝대 동강할미는 3월 말 경이 되어야 제대로 필 것 같다.

혹시나 싶어서 운동삼아서 들어가 봤더니 서너포기가 제대로 펴 있고 꽃봉오리도 드물 정도였다.

들어가는 강변은 지난 해 장마로 홍수가 난 흔적이 처참하게 나타나고 있었다. 

나뭇가지마다 검을 비닐 조각이 걸려서 나부끼고 있었는데 마치 귀곡산장으로 통과하는 느낌으로 으시시했다.

 

강변이나 바위 아래쪽에 자리 잡았던 할미들은 거의 물에 쓸려가 버렸을 것 같은데.....

 

 

할미의 잎이 온전하게 남아 있던 모델이다

얼마나 자연스러운가? 이 포기에 잎이 사라졌다면 참 흉하게 보일텐데...

왜 죽어라 잎을 뜯어대는지 모르겠다.
