몽골식물 - 섬개야광나무속(장미과) Cotoneaster melanocarpus Lodd.

개야광나무에 비하여 화서가 아래로 처진다.

꽃받침이 붉은색을 띠고 어린가지와 잎 뒷면이 융모가 밀생하여 백색을 띠고 화축에 백색 밀모가 보인다.

 

이 녀석은 나중에 열매가 검은색으로 익는다. 몽골의 도감에는  Cotoneaster melanocarpus Lodd.로 기록된 학명이  

큐에서는 Cotoneaster laxiflorus J.Jacq. ex Lindl.의 이명으로 처리해 두었다.
