섬시호(산형과 시호속) 열매 Bupleurum latissimum Nakai

2013. 6. 16. 울릉도.

 

자생의 섬시호 만나기가 수월하지 않다.

울릉도 농촌기술지원센터의 자생식물원에 심겨진 것을 담는 게 고작이었고

지난 해 한 군데의 자생지에서 열매 달린 모습을 본 것 외에는 자생지에서 만나질 못했었다.

 

마지막 날 울릉도 식물을 다 꿰고 있는 꽃동무님과 우연하게 연결이 되어 몇 군데 탐사를 함께 하였다.

배 출항 시간 때문에 이른 아침부터 중요한 몇 가지를 보느라고 시간이 바빴다.

이 섬시호도 자생지가 몇 군데 있다고 하는데 시간이 많이 소요될 것 같아서 그냥 지나는 길에 있던 이 녀석만 우선 조우하였다.
