묵논이나 습지 도랑 부근에 서식을 하는 녀석으로 빨갛게 익는 열매가 매력적인 녀석인데
화서의 모양이 꼭 낙지다리처럼 재미있게 생겨서 모양에 어울리는 이름을 얻은 녀석이다.
