갯봄맞이(앵초과)

왜 봄맞이일까? 봄맞이꽃과는 전혀 비슷한 느낌도 없는데

지채와 함께 어울려 사는 갯봄맞이는 바닷물이 들락거리는 물통이에 서식을 한다.

 

 

 

잎은 다소 밀생하고 엽병이 없으며 넓은 피침형 또는 도란상 긴 타원형이고 양끝이 둔하며

뒷면에 파진 점이 산포하고 중륵과 측맥이 뚜렷하지 않다.

 

 

 

꽃은 연한 홍색이고 화경이 거의 없다.

꽃받침은 넓은 종형이며 끝이 5개로 갈라지고 열편은 긴 타원형으로서 끝이 둔하며 끝까지 남아 있고

화관은 없으며 수술은 꽃받침잎과 호생하고 자방 밑에 달린다.
