동그란 잎이 귀여운 녀석이다.
근생엽은 어린아이가 팔 벌려 기지개를 켜는 듯한 모습을 하고 있는데 잎 뒷면은 자주색을 띠고 있다.
근생엽은 긴 엽병이 있는 단엽과 복엽이 있으며 정소엽은 단엽과 형태와 크기가 비슷하고 둥근 신장형이며
표면은 원줄기와 더불어 백색 단모가 드문드문 있고 가장자리가 둔한 톱니로 되며 측소엽은 1쌍으로서 훨씬 작다.
신장형의 동그란 잎 3장의 소엽으로 구성된 근생엽이다. 정소엽이 측소엽에 비하여 유난히 크고 뒷면은 자색을 띠고 있다.
