동강변 풀밭에는 유럽나도냉이가 밭을 이루고 있다.
강원도 하천변에는 유럽나도냉이가 우점하고 유채밭처럼 노랗게 밭을 만들어 버렸다.
장각 열매는 화축에서 70도 정도 벌어져서 각을 이룬다. 나도냉이는 화축에 붙어 있다.
신초의 근생엽을 보면 마치 무 싹을 보는 듯하다.
