산톱풀(국화과 톱풀속) Achillea alpina var. discoidea (Regel) Kitam.

혀꽃이 무지 짧다는 것 외에는 톱풀과의 차이점을 발견하지 못하겠다.  더 해부해 봐야 쓰겄다.

잎은 호생하고 타원상 선형으로 길이 6~10cm, 나비 7~15mm이며 우상으로 빗살 같이 중 또는 심렬하고 열편은 타원상 피침형으로 끝이 뾰족하며 가장자리에 예리한 톱니가 있고 밑의 열편이 반쯤 줄기를 감싼다.

꽃은 7~10월에 백색 또는 연한 홍색으로 피고 줄기와 가지 끝에 산방상으로 달리며 두화의 지름 4mm이다. 총포는 구상 종형으로 길이 5mm이고 포편은 2열로 배열하고 외편은 장 타원형으로 내편의 1/2 길이이다. 설상화의 길이가 3mm 이하이다.
