대설산식물 -진달래과 가울데리아속 '아카모노' Gaultheria adenothrix

지난 해 잎만 보고 학명을 찾아두었던 진달래과 가울데리아속 녀석과 비슷하지만 다른 종이다.
꽃의 종모양이 더 벌어졌고, 꽃자루와 꽃받침이 붉은색이며 엽형이 도란형이며 끝이 뾰족한 모습, 어린가지와 화서에 붉고 긴 털이 많이 있는 모습이라
고산도감에서 확인한 학명은 Gaultheria adenothrix 으로 일본명 아카모노"アカモノ" 일본 고유종이다. 일본에서 자생하는 3종의 가울데리아속 중 두 번 째 종을 만난 것이다.
열매가 하얗게 익는 Gaultheria pyroloides에 비하여 Gaultheria adenothrix 의 열매는 붉게 익는다.
어린가지와 잎자루 꽃자루 꽃받침에 붉고 긴 털이 밀생한다.
일본자료에서 퍼온 열매이다.
