좁은잎가막사리(국화과 도깨비바늘속) Bidens cernua L.

이 녀석의 잎이 미국가막사리보다도 더 넓은데 좁은잎가막사리란 이름을 가지고 있다.

꽃은 왕도깨비바늘처럼 설상화가 크고  6~8개, 없는 경우도 있으며, 길이 1.5cm쯤이고 노란색이다.

관모양꽃은 40~100개, 주황빛 노란색이다.

 

잎은 마주나고 잎자루가 없이 엽저가 넓어지면서 줄기를 감싸듯이 발달해 있다.

잎 가장자리에 잔톱니가 있으며 양끝이 좁다.  

가막사리 근연종 식물들에 비해 잎이 갈라지지 않고 수과에 4개의 까끄라기가 있어 구분된다

중국에서는 柳叶鬼针草 Bidens cernua  버들잎 귀침초라 부른다.

우리 국명도 차라리 '좁은잎' 보다 '버들잎가막사리'가 더 나을 것 같다.

 

몽골, 러시아, 중국, 유럽, 북아메리카 등에 분포한다.

우리나라에도 전국에 분포하고 전북 익산에서 채집한 표뵨이 있기는 한데, 과연 국내 자생하는지는 아직 의문이다.

이 녀석도 습지에 아주 키가 크고 가지가 많이 발달한 한 포기가  미국가막사리, 가막사리와 함께 섞여 있었다.

총포조각은 5-7개로서 피침형이고 길이 2cm정도이다
