명천봄맞이(앵초과 봄맞이꽃속) Androsace septentrionalis L.

몽골 야생화 탐사 중에 만났던 녀석이다.

우연한 기회에 식재되어 있는 녀석을 반갑게 만났는데 아쉽게도 개화가 안되었다.

 

애기봄맞이꽃에 비하여 잎자루가 없다.

잎몸은 피침형 또는 타원상 피침형으로  끝은 다소 둔하고 가장자리 위쪽에 얕은 톱니가 있으며, 뒷면에 털이 있다. 

꽃줄기는 1~5개가 나오며, 길이 3~25cm, 짧은 갈래 털로 덮여 있다. 

 

우리나라 북부지방에 나며, 러시아, 몽골, 중국, 북아메리카, 북유럽 등 

고위도 지역의 초지에서부터 고산의 툰드라까지 널리 분포한다.
