오잉? 이기 뭐이가?

잔디 사이에 꽃이 피고 있는 작은 꽃이삭을 보고 납작 엎드렸는데....

 

이미 잔디 꽃은 열매가 여물고 있었고, 늘 수술 꽃밥만 달랑거리는 모습이 눈에 익었던 터라

다른 벼과 식물이 아닐까 하면서 담으면서도 갸웃 갸웃.

결국 꽃 줄기까지 확인하고서야 잔디의 기는 줄기에서 올라온 꽃줄기였다는 걸.

 

주변에 수술이 핀 게 하나도 안 보이고 수술꽃밥이 말라붙은 흔적도 없다.

그러면 이 녀석은 수술 꽃밥이 먼저 피는 걸까? 암술이 먼저 피는 걸까?
