벼룩나물(석죽과)

이른 봄 냉이를 캐러 밭둑을 쏘다닐 때 냉이가 가득한 바구니 속에 벼룩나물도 한 자리를 차지하곤 했다.

이 녀석도 잡초 수준이라 담아주지 않았는데 필요할 때 찾으면 자료가 없다. 해서 한 번 쯤 담아주었다.

벼룩나물은 석죽과에 속하는 두해살이풀이다. 개미바늘이라고도 한다.

 

벼룩나물과 비슷한 녀석으로 벼룩이자리가 있다.

벼룩나물은 전초에 털이 없고 줄기에 붉은 기운이 있기도 하다. 잎은 마주나고 긴타원형이다.

꽃잎이 10장 처럼 보이나 V자 모양으로 갈라져 있어서 그리 보이는 게고 꽃잎은 5장이다. 암술이 3갈래 져 있다.

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

높이는 15~25 센티미터이며 줄기는 적자색을 띠고 지표를 기며 잘 분지하고 끝은 비스듬하다.

잎은 긴타원형이고 길이 약 1센티미터이며 가장자리는 물결처럼 되어 있다.

꽃잎은 흰색이고 깊게 2개로 갈라져 있으며 길이 약 5 밀리미터이다
