종자가 백색으로 거의 구형이며 지름 1.5mm 정도로 광택이 난다.
종자 표면에 세로로 긴 격자 무늬가 규칙적으로 배열되어 패이고 꼭지와 얕은 돌기도 몇 개 보인다.
