지렁쿠나무와 딱총나무가 따로 분류되어 있어서 두 녀석을 구분하려고 화서를 유심히 들여다 보곤 한다
그런데 두 녀석을 모두 딱총나무로 보는 견해도 있다.

이 녀석은 화서에 돌기가 있고 잎 뒷면 맥 위에 밀모가 있다. 그래서 지렁쿠나무로 보는 게 맞겠다.
