쓴풀(용담과)

아고야! 작기도 해라.  잔디에 묻혀서 겨우 보인다.  

제 녀석이 작으니 큰풀들을 피하여 볕이 잘 드는 잔디 사이에 서식을 하고 있다.  

쓴풀 종류 중에서 네귀쓴풀, 자주쓴풀, 대성쓴풀, 큰잎쓴풀을 만났는데 쓴풀은 처음 만났다.

 

잎은 대생하고 선형 또는 선상 장 타원형으로 길이 1~3.5cm, 나비 1~3mm이며 끝은 둔하고 가장자리는 약간 뒤로 말리며 엽병은 없다.

꽃은 9~10월에 백색으로 피고 자맥이 있으며 줄기와 가지 끝부분의 잎짬에 원추화서로 달린다.

꽃받침은 5열하고 열편은 선형 또는 선상 피침형으로 길이 5~11mm이며 화관은 5개로 깊이 갈라지고

열편은 길이 11~15mm이며 기부에 털이 있는 2개의 선체가 있다.
