탐라풀(꼭두서니과 탐라풀속) Neanotis hirsuta (L.f.) W.H.Lewis

어디를 들를까 하다가 돌아오는 길에 백련사에 들렀다. 

하늘은 무거운 구름을 짊어지고 잔뜩 찌푸리고 있는데 사찰로 오르는 길은

동백나무 숲이 꽉 우거져 있어서 매우 습하였다.

 

길 옆에는 그 틈새로 들어오는 햇볕을 받아서 작은 풀들이 자라고 있어서

좌우를 살피며 올라가는데 탐라풀이 참하게 꽃을 피우고 있다.

 

제주도에서도 많이 만나본 적 있지만 모두 털이 없는 변종 민탐라풀이었는데

이 남도에 자라는 녀석들은 처음 만나는 털이 있는 탐라풀이었다.
