일엽초(고란초과 일엽초속) Lepisorus thunbergianus (Kaulf.) Ching

우리 나라 전라남도, 경상남도, 경상북도 울릉도, 제주도 등에 나며, 중국, 인도차이나, 타이완, 필리핀, 일본 등에 분포한다. 우리 나라에 분포하는 일엽초 종류 중에서 포자낭군이 가장 커서 쉽게 구별할 수 있다. 

Lepisorus은 잎이 갈라지지 않고 가장자리가 매끈하며 그 형태가 균질한 특징을 가지고 있고 포자낭군이 비늘로 덮여 있는 특징이 있다.  속명인 Lepisorus는 비늘(lepi-)이 포자낭군(sorus)을 덮고 있다는 뜻이다.
